Dr. Sarita Shrestha is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician from Kathmandu, Nepal with more than 20 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics and rural health camps. She has facilitated training programs of thousands of national and international students in the areas of Ayurvedic Medicine and Yoga Therapy; emphasizing her specialty in women's healthcare. She is renowned as Nepal's first female Ayurvedic physician as well as its first Ayurvedic OB/GYN.
